panel filters dry or oil

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong section or has been asked before (did search couldnt find anything) Is the c one panel filter an oil filter or dry, Which one better in the dry filters c one (if it is a dry filter) trd or toms.I am looking at getting one for the time being before i put in a cai thanks guys

If your getting a CAI soon, don't waste your money with an after market panel filter.

Do you need to change your stock filter?
