The only foglight law that's needed is one against rear foglights, like the ones on the back of Hyundai Excels that seemed to be permanently on and annoying the hell out of anyone behind them.

YAY !!!

they should make the DEATH penalty for peeps who use fog lights at daytime..

WHY IS IT NESSISARY ?!?!?!?!

its so dumb to use them at day.. not like it help vision LMFAO !!!

I do on gloomy days, or when driving on a bad road. Quite simply it helps blind idiots to be able to see me and avoid accidents

Kenneth - damn you have a good memory!

Yep, I as given a warning whilst driving in Kalamunda very late at night. It was so dark I could barely see the sides of the road, which were better illuminated with the spottie/foggie thingys. The police disagreed, and suggested I use high beam instead. Okaaaay, that makes sense!

Apparently the rule (in WA) is thus: you can only have 1 pair of light sources on at any one time. So you have have your driving lights on, but not fogs, OR you can have your park lights on AND fogs.

Hope this helps.

On the Stivo they are Driving lights, not fog lights....

Driving lights - Normal Halogen - Same type as headlights

Fog lights - Deep depp yellow..

I dont understand why we get booked for having them on. . .
