Good towing accessorie?

Given that trailers in Australia have compulsory safety chains, I would think something like this would not be required?

I always cross my safety chains, and use load-rated shackles for added security.

What are you planning on towing Kruzenvax?

Cheers

Well, I've got a boat... and yes safety chains are compulsory and it is a good practice to have 2 of them crossed. Still, I'm thinikng, if the coupling is lost, theese chains may not always be able to catch the trailer arm... and the trailer nose-diving and potentially hitting the tarmac is not a good thing anyway even if chains prevent it from being disconnected from the car. Me think it might be better to prevent the loss of connection at all? For the long trips I mean.
