hey guys my dad just brought him self a 1990 corolla seca csi limited and he complaining that the steering is heavy

it has 17" rims and no power steering? is this normal ?

any suggestions r muchly appreciated

any car on big rims with wide rubber without power steering will have heavy steering... yes

if you want lighter steering get a car with power steering.. or get smaller wheels..

pumping up the tyres is one way out too.. but you'll wear the tread and it will be unsafe...
