HID in the new corolla

Hi all,

I want to put some HID into my current shape corolla and can source some Levin headlights that came with OEM HID projector lenses.

Will it be a pretty much straight fit (wiring off course) if I took the ascent headlights off and bolted on the Levin lights (both are hatch)?

Seems by your threads you got nowhere dude.

I know that Levin ZR and other non ZR lenses are different. One if HID, the other is halogen.

The only way to do this would be to buy ZR levin headlights with OEM HID kit or buy ebay kit which should still be OK as you would have ZR levin HID projectors. I doubt you would void warranty with OEM headlights.

So what are you doing now about it?

I dont know if the lenses materials are the same but the ZR headlight just have electric motor for auto levelling

How much would a ZR headlight shell cost you?

I've asked toyota that it will void the warranty on the headlights and any damaging parts resulted by the mod

so the risk is yours. But it should be pretty safe for the mod unless you got a lemon.

I dont plan to change my headlights anymore.

Planning to change to a better car instead

I might just go for Ebay HID kit and see how it goes. Or leave it if for a bit until warranty runs out then do whatever I want.

900 for 2 ZR lights is too much...i dont think the lenses are different.
