I want to change my defult DC player, but I dont know how to access the exsiting one. have have tryed everything, but I cant manage get the surrounds off. JD Hi Fi wants to charge me $80, and all I want is to get to the CD player.

Anyone done this themselves?

Remove the centre air vent assembly...

Look up towards the top of the dash inside and you'll see two 10mm Bolts... Undo and remove both of them...

Grab a hold of the head unit pod and pull it towards you and it'll pop off...

Undo the two phillips head screws and the Head Unit will come away from the Pod...

Fit your new unit and reverse the above steps and you're all done...

ps - Don't forget to re-connect your hazard light switch :)
