97 Vienta Questions

Scissors

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I was just wondering,

- How much would it cost for a new centre console for a 97 Vienta? Would I have to buy second hand?

- How much does it cost to fix the dash lights (Air-Con ect)

- How much do seat belts covers, the plastics around when you plug in your seat belt cost?

Could I just take my car to a Toyota dealer and let them fix it all up? Or would I have to go and find the parts myself.

Thankyou :D

Get the parts yourself.

1. Get a centre console from a Toyota wrecker... The Touring one has the grooves in the compartment for CDs too :)

2. Dash lights can easily be replaced by yourself. It's as simple as taking the dash cluster out and replacing the T10 bulbs. There's a writeup on a few Camry forums on how to pull the dash out. Currently I'm running LEDs in Sky Blue :P... Aircon ones aren't as easy... but I've seen it done before on a few cars that my mates own.

3. Once again... wreckers.

Why go to Toyota, who will charge like a wounded bull, when you can find parts from a wrecker for a fraction of the price?
