Tarago Wiper Rubbers

Does anyone know where wiper rubbers for the 91 to 99 model Tarago can be obtained from? The genuine Toyota ones are around $60 a set and that's a bit steep. None of the auto accessory stores I've tried have them long enough. Surely there must be somewhere that you can but this stuff in long lengths?

Lots of viewing but no replies. What do other Tarago owners do? Buy original?

I had the same prob with my 92 Tarago.

Best solution - I went to Hino Truck spares and purchased a set of truck wiper blades - $11.00/pr.

I had the same problem with a front wiper on my 2002 Tarago, I found that the "Trico" brand sold at most auto spares (eg Supercheap Auto) have one that is long enough.

You may need to supply a sample.

My last set of blades I had put on at a Toyota dealership near Mosman, was only $40 fitted.... It was raining and I couldn't be bothered fitting them myself!

Local spare parts - Wunda Wipers $3.50 each - perfect fit and made in Australia as well!

Both R & L wipers are 700 mm and 8mm wide. Not easy to find the refill but Repco sell one blade with about $17 now. <_<

I followed Stephen1's advice and found the Wunda factory/office at Taren Point in Sydney; friendly folks that charged $20 for a pair of Wunda 700mm, 8mm "W1" blades.
