Panel Beater in Melbourne

Recommended Posts

Hi, my rolla was damaged by another party weeks ago :( and their insurance company has finally agreed to settle if I could provide two quotes from different beaters. Could anyone please suggest any panel beater(s) that would never cut corners in repairing my poor rolla and could resume it back to the pre-accident condition?

I know there is a recommended VW repairer when I owned my previous Golf but not sure if there is any for Toyota...

Any help would be appreciated. :yahoo:

Thanks lateralus.

It seems that they are pretty busy today, I have been put on hold for a few times and I've left a message finally but no one calls back. I would try again tomorrow morning.

I've made an appointment for quotation with Woods when I was on my way home, do you know if they could do a good job as well?

Thanks heaps. :yahoo:

sorry to hear that mate...bt i think pics would def help us all out..to determine if it will run like it was "pre-accident" condition....what parts need repairing/replacing?...yep i would go to a toyota dealership, they tend not to cut corners, but very steep in price tho...good luck mate!

for best results and a quote, you're better off going down there for it. i tried ringing them, and same response. when i went down there, i didnt wait at all.

about 6 months ago i had my bonnet resprayed at gary mcmillan, because i had a bloody big stone chip that chipped right through the clear coat into the paint itself. i didnt even notice until i washed the car and the high pressure hose blew off a 1inch diameter flake of clear coat. so i had it resprayed by them, cost me $400 (with metallic paint and the paint protection applied, but that was free of charge as part of the warranty)

looks brilliant though, you wouldn't tell it was resprayed. a lot of repairs like that from other businesses do not have as much depth to the shine or any definition, whereas this looks completely factory done.

it was worth it. thumbs up to them!
