h7 bulbs

i accidently bought 100w h7 insted of 55w.

could i get away with using the 100w ones for the moment? or would i fry something?

there are 55w on the way anyway.

They would be ok for a while.. in the long run I can not say.. your factory wires might give in and fry..

They also produce a lot more heat, assuming you bought actual 100W bulbs and not the "draw 55W -> producing 100W".. If they are just 55W bulbs producing the equivalent of 100W bulbs, they'll be fine. So if they are true 100W bulbs your reflectors might turn yellow and flake off after a long period..
