Where in the engine bay is the vacuum line? all i have to do is find it and 't-piece' to it and it's done. but i've got no idea where it is...should be connected to the throttle body....somewhere.

anyone know? :blink::huh:

There are several places where the vacum lines come from. Near the throttle body there are some lines. One goes to the valve at the front of the air box (with the brown electrical cap). Also down the right hand side of the engine cover there are some hoses and are also Vacum hoses. How big a hose do you need.

I can take a picture if need be to show you.

yeah..i was having a look..and i notice that one. where it goes to a brown plastic cylinder...

the other one i was looking at was the one just above the butterfly...just under the engine plastic cover..and it connects to a T piece with a check valve and then continues onto the air box...towards the bottom left.

which do you recommend?

i'm just running a vacuum guage..it's about 3-5mm. don't need a big hose. the ones you're talking about is the right size.

that's why i got protection everything...paint...underbody..rust..everything.

i don't want to dirty/ruin the leather..so i got the seat covers..and do my best to avoid having more than 1 passenger in the car.

I went to sydney on the weekend with my olds and my sister, and on the way home she feel asleep and left some makeup on the back seat, i just wiped it with a wet towel and it came out. Ahh the advantages of leather!!
