Considering the Aurion Touring 2009

Picked up the car today, very happy with it.. They threw in an extra remote and a car care kit as well as the mats..and most importantly a full tank of petrol :D

But im very happy with the purchase, looking to change the head unit though, it looks a little bland..

my dealer told me i could get it around 30 or less...but I didnt like it so we are looking at SX6

yeah my touring was also listed as ATX SE or something

I still recall the official Toyota special back around Nov 2008...it was 31,990 Touring driveaway

car dealers...a bit like group buys except in a non-transparent kind of way

everyone part of the deal could be buying at a different price

unless they have the scale to touch fleet discounts there is little reason you can't get it yourself

flash them a bank cheque written to them, don't give them your credit card

tell them they have 15 minutes

Im going to wait until the Series II model comes out later in 2009 (probably) and see what that is like.

Then will either fork out the cash for new and bargain hard or wait another year or so and buy in the second hand market.

There were pictures of the apparent next series Aurion somewhere on this forum, though there are definitely going to be some changes to the design for Australia because it was for the Asian region.
