Seat/Fabric cleaner

Any suggestions? Need to clean the seat which had some stains after i worked on the car and seat on it.... :(

I use Kitten Interior cleaner, and have for the last 15 years. Another one called "Spot Remover" is supposed to be good too. In a Pink bottle at autObarn.

I have used Armor All "Stain Remover" which is ok but not that good

my suggestion would be, although it may be expensive, a professional steam clean.. especially if its for hard to remove stains... grease, flavoured drinks etc <_<

then buy some seat cover throw overs :D

I only ever use Meguiars stuff however when trying to clean my seats i found Turtle fabric cleaner.

This foams up and then you wipe it off. It takes forever and a day for the seats to dry, however it does a good job.

You can pick this up from Kmart for around $15

It leaves all the "Top name" brand stuff for dead.

with those fabric cleaners, do you find that the seating material fades after giving it a wipe ?

I have dark blue seats, and i found the colour to be deeper after - I guess trial it on a small area first and see how it goes
