Back to stock exhaust

So I brought my sportivo with the cannon on it. Got defected now put on stock I dunno if it is because I cannot heard a loud noise anymore or the vibrations but it seems like I am getting better peformance?? What you think?

The stock system, including the air intakes are designed to take off better at the lights etc. But once you get past say 3.5-4K rpm they are not exactly ideal in terms of performance. I've tried it several times and everytime I go back to 'stock', the car performs better right off the line and everyday driving, just seems to take a long time before I get it into the next gear.
