hand brake adjustment for ZZE's

hey guys

i recently changed my rear rotors to RDA slotted rotors.. since the change i'v noticed that my handbrake leaver comes up higher now, about 9 clicks.. how do i adjust this so that it comes back to about 5-7 clicks like standard..

also i'v noticed that the hand brake dosen't lock the back wheels as soon,, i have to pull harder and hold it for longer to get the wheels to lock up,,

do i have to bed in the rotor drum for the hand brake?? and how do i bed them in?

and for adjusting the handbrake, do i undo the cable and adjust the shoe from inside the drum?

there's a shoe adjuster in the form of a star wheel you get at through the inspection hole in the disc. The adjustment procedure is in the service manual.
