Interior trim removal.(help)

I want to replace my starter button in my Levin ZR but cant work out how surrounding trim comes off or how much needs to come off.

Anybody know what's involved?

From memory that trim has 4 clips on the corners...

You might have to remove the lower trim first tho...

Try and pull the button trim out first and see how you go...

I tried that surrounding piece but nowhere to get a hold of it,need to be careful cos it scratches fairly easy. I'll try and get the bottom trim under the wheel which joins it,also that silver trim up along the stereo,looks like it tucks under that too... Have another go this weekend..Thanks Rolla

If it were for the Aurion, I would be able to tell you exactly what you need to do.

If it's anything like the Aurion in terms of assembly, you would firstly remove the drivers side kick panel next to the accelerator (removing door sill can help), then you undo 2 screws/bolts at the bottom of the trim in the section that is at knee level. Once those screws are undone, the whole panel should just unclip, and from there everything else should be easy to access.

Hopefully it would be something along those lines.

Thanks Daryl, i only had a quick attempt.I saw a couple of screws under there.I need some decent light.Is Aurions starter button on left or right of the wheel?

Mine is on the left.

I got small fingers so I squeeze them inbetween the trim you speak of and the steering column shroud... Kills the fingers but gets the job done lol...
