today i was trailing a 4 door civic type r. the fd2 shape it think.

now, is this possible?

if it was custom, it was well done, it had black on underside of rear spoiler, and white on rest.

had underbody diffuser

sides of rear bumper were tailored in nicely

ran on 17' black wheels with red h in the middle

ran away from me in 2nd, so something reasonable under the bonnet?

is it possible a 4 door type r?

I remember reading on OzHonda, that someone from the UK.. was moving to the Gold Coast and was bringing in their FD2R with them. So that might be the one.

Here's the article:

It's a real FD2R. The guy moved here with his family. It's exactly as whtiestivo describes it:

Black/CF middle piece on the rear spoiler, white, with gunmetal rims

that's it, that's the rims. taht's the car.

man, four door type r. i've always said i'd get a type r if they made it in a four door. sad.

as one article states, you wonder if it's real or not, and i had a very intense look at it.

if it was a turbo, it would not have hit lift/vtec around the same time as mine. and he changed gear after i did.

I reckon the FD2R looks heaps more aggressive than the FN2R.. The triangular parts don't quite do it for me..
