Wot tool r u using to make the pics look like that?? They look like its from a ps3 game.. GUNN!!!

No tool really, I just duplicate the images, apply a lens blur (play with the blur settings to achieve what you want). Then simply cut the car out.

Oh.. and also play with the gamma settings. But yeah, no real tool. :)
