pulling error codes off camry

hey guys,

i need to pull some fault codes for a 1996 V6 camry (3vz-fe)

my CEL is comming on and need to lknow what it is.

i remember doing it years ago but forgot what ports to short in the diagnosis port

ok i got the codes

and i get 5 blinks then 1 sec pause then another 5 blinks....

then it starts again

would that mean its pulling 2 x 5 codes? or a code of 55?

where can i check these codes to find out what it is?

i believe code 55 is to do with the knock sensors. otherwise, you could be misinterpreting the readings and its actually your oxygen sensor.

looking at this chart, there is no 55

so im guessing both oxygen sensors? 5 + 5?

if it were code 55, wouldnt the first 5 be half second bliks, then the 2nd digit would be faster blinks?

if it is the knock sensor, where is that located?

anyone able to tell me where the knock sensors are on the 3vz?
