hey guys i went out and bought some stuff to make an oil cooler kit because i got bored yesterday

this thing was realy easy to install

took only 1/2 hour to completewith very basic tools so most people who know how to change oil and filter will be able to install

if anyone is interested send me a pm or add me to msn and i can have a chat about it

I hope you put a thermostat in the cooler system, it's really easy to overcool a 1zz, even when turbo/supercharged

Thermostats FTW

A Permacool/B&M thermostat can be had for about $60, then add about $30-50 of fittings depending on what is used.

Had a look at the Davis Craig coolers; if you're using the tube and fin style (the snaking tube) they are no where as efficient as the plate and fin so might not be an issue.
