i am currently trying to find a hilux, ive been looking at the 02 - 04 model dual cabs but so hard to find one with decent kms at a good price. Ive found a newer 06 hilux dualcab, comes with chrome grill painted front bar etc, 2.7l 100 thousand kms for around 15g, any opinions on them being made in thailand for the first time? anything common to look out for?

Are these still as easy to lower etc like the older models, being in low/tidy looking cars most my life. id like to lower the hilux a tad mostly in the rear to even it out, rear chrome step etc and some prado rims if i can find them. but nothing over the top. Are the stereos easy to remove in these and is there enough room for a slimeline sub behind the rear seats?.

The cars main purpose is towing my boat and getting me to work.
