Modding out the Yaris!

Hey Guys,

I've recently been handed over a 2006 Yaris YRS (Auto Sedan) and I just want to make it a bit more flashy.

Not the biggest car fanatic out there, so I'm not familiar with much of the specific details but I think I'd be looking for;

- Body Kit (front bumper, read, side skirts)

- New rims (how big should these be? I'm not sure if 18" would look good on a Yaris..would it?)

- New sound system, definitely something I want to look into. Complete new amp, sub and head-unit and speakers

Those are the big three, there are more like new seat covers, headlights, brake lights and other things that I might look into when I save up a bit more cash.. I've got about $1500-$2000 to spend on all of this, if that's do-able? If not I'll have to give up on a few things. Let me know some shops to visit/suggestions you guys might have on how I should approach this! I'm currently reading up about all of this to get my head around it, so any input is welcome :)

The car's currently in Dandenong, Melbourne so places around the suburbs would be better! :D

Thanks

18s will fit, it all depends on what rims you are going to put, and besides regardless of what other people think of your car, its yours if you're happy then that's all that matters true ..? :]

is that $1500-2000 on each ?

because, imo, thats how much i am contemplating to spend my sounds on, :P

well, the dual screen that i plan to get is $900 alone, subs, speakers, etc wiring boxes, labour, carpet, well, lets say up to $2000 ;)

as for kits, here's some inspiration ;)

N1 body kit

Vision BC2

VIS Racing

AIT Racing
