Spring Green T1028 - how do I get a reference for an disused colour paint?

Hello, I'm trying to paint my car in this paint.... but it's no longer manufactured and i'm not confident enough to match the colour to a paint on a chart..... any advice where i could find an example of the actual paint colour that i could use to match it to??

??? it's toyota colour spring gree, T1028 and it was used on cruisers i think between 1965 and 1971.

Any advice much appreciated!

You have the paint code, what more do you need? Or are paint suppliers coming up blank when they use the code?

No sadly no one can do anything with the paint code here, Toyota don't even know the colour to be able to match it.

Surely one of the better paint/panel shops dealing with the likes of DuPont/House of Kolor could match the colour from the actual paint. Or is it also a case of you don't have the colour as it is anyway?

The car in the picture is left hand drive, most likely in USA, and that is why no luck here with color match. Try some Googling for USA paint places in US and you maybe able to have it made up and shipped.

If you Google Spring Green T1028 you will get lot's of hits, mainly Forums in the US. Someone may be able to help you.
