Im wondering if the owners of them have had any problems like sticky cd's, or wobbly buttons after using them for 6 months or more.

Had mine for over a year from EasyDeals George and it is still going strong. Hopefully it keeps going that way.

Good to know. I talked to another guy in the states and he reckons his buttons have become wobbly. And sometimes his cd jams, and then violently spits them out.

I know there are quite a few differing models that look the same..

Hi Rich,

Sorry to hear you're not happy. Can I ask where you got your unit from?

I put one in my 2011 Camry that I bought from George from Easydeals on ebay (the android unit).

I've only had it in the car for a couple of weeks but, so far, I couldn't be happier with nearly every aspect of the unit. I also changed the 6X9 rear speakers and put a 12" sub in the boot along with a Pioneer 4 channel amp. My unit also came with a nifty reversing camera inclued in the price (but was very fiddley to install).

From my research before buying mine, there seems to be many variations out there for sale of equally varying quality. They all looked very very similar, and finding reviews is all but impossible, but from the advice I received here on the forums I forked out my money and did the install myself (over 3 weekends).

Figures, when it says 800*480 tft monitor but also says 1080p it cant be both. I would say it is 800 by 480 resolution so what else would be wrong with it when they lie in there advertising. sorry you got done.

The unit you bought from ebay is US$459, but these guys sell it at US$449 plus 10% discount:

I had made some research about this unit, the 800*480 is the resolution ratio of the monitor, but the 1080p is the video format that this unit can play.

Just like the resolution ratio your PC monitor is 1024*768, but your PC can support 1080P HD video. They are not the same concept.
