Hi peeps...don't know where to post this, but as the title suggest is there a way to clean the inside of the headlights???

My headlight seems to be dirty inside. I've cleaned the outside throughly, but there seems to be a smudge from inside.

And thoughts or help inregards to this? Is it even possible to open the headlights?

Cheers

Unless u pluck out the blubs and go at it with a bit of wire and some cloth tied to it. the only way is to put the entire pod in the oven or use a heat gun to weaken the glue that holds it together and rip it ope but be very very careful or u'll melt it!

what i did:

1) Take off the headlights (unplugs the bulbs) then fill it up with water n pour some of those glass cleaner chemical in

2) Shake it around and leave it for 5mins

3)MAKE SURE YOU LET IT DRY before putting them back.

done :)

this is probably the easiest way.

Hmmm...that sounds interesting...I might give you way a go.

Is it hard to take the physical head light off from the car though???

Taking the light bulbs is easy, but don't even want to try taking the whole headlight console coz it seems complicated and I dont want to put it the wrong way?
