Hey guys just wondering if anyone here knows how difficult and roughly how long it takes to replace the condensor on a 1997 gen4 v6. Trying to see if I should get into it myself or if I'll need a shop to do it for me.

Thanks for any info

Cheers guys

Anything air-con related I would recommend getting a shop to do due to the laws regarding venting/re-filling of R134a (basically it's illegal if you're not licensed). If the system is completely dry and empty (say a rock smashed your compressor and the whole thing dumped it's guts) then you could probably do the basic install yourself but leave the rest to the professionals

I don't know of too many condensers that are busted and hold gas pressure lol and obviously I'm not going to re-gas myself but thanks for the input
