im planning to fit 195/55/15 on the rolla

atm i have 195/60. will there be a diff if i go lower a lil bit?

will it be noticable?

Basically you'll be dropping your overall diameter by 19mm, which is about 3%, so if your speedo says 100, you're actually running at about 97. I know that's perfectly legal in QLD, but I'd say it'd be fine in other states, too.

On our wagon we put 205/55R15 tyres, so we got the stiffer sidewall plus the extra bit of tyre on the road, and we only lost 8.5mm in overall diameter, or about 1.5%. Just the tyres have made a huge difference to the handling of the car, we don't have any other suspension mods, although I think the driver's side gets lowered a bit each time I get in! :P
