Daughters got a 2010 Prado.her service through Toyota told her that her air con FILTER needed replacing or cleaning..Where is thios filter please??

Is it the inside air filter form the bonnet air vents into the cabin instead ???

They are almost always behnd the glovebox. I'm not 100% sure on the Prado specifically, but I will take a stab in the dark and say it's probably in the same spot.

so its the air filter from the bonnet air inlet behind the glovebox  and NOT a A/C filter ??? My Falcon s also behind the glovebox. Where can i look for instructions on removing/cleaning the filter please ?

I would assume they are referring to the cabin air filter behind the glovebox as the receiver dryer in the engine bay can not be cleaned. There probably aren't any instructions on the removal process.

Most most modern Toyota gloveboxes are easily removed by squeezing the sides in whilst pulling it open.
