Kluger 2010 Radio SEC How to enter Code

Hi All,

 

I have done the obligatory searching and I can not find the procedure that works for a my radio. I have a 2010 Kluger, no SAT NAV, just the radio with bluetooth hand free.

How to get the 3 dashes up so you can enter the security code. I have tried multiple combinations of holding down a button like tune '^' and pushing button 1, but I do not get the 3 dashes up, so I can not enter the code.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I changed the my car battery for 2010 Toyota kluger the Radio doesn't work, can you someone help me know what's the Radio code.

I have the same problem , the dealer said it needs the map dvd to restart but that's the one thing that doesn't work on my kluger

I feel your pain. The CD players in Toyota are garbage and all will fail sooner or later. If you are right and you need the CD to reboot the thing then Toyota have us a major disservice.

Matti , the dealer told me the code is usually the last 4 or 5 digits of the VIN number , you input it on the touch screen . But my screen wants the map dvd inserted but it doesnt work...
