Hi sir/madam
I am Amitkumar patel, from Melbourne and I have a very important issue regarding the Toyota hybrid Camry for you guys to sort it out . Actually the car belongs to my family friend.
They have been struggling to get it fixed, as it has been taken to Werribee Toyota , deer park,the company guys have had a look at it , but everyone has pointed out different issues.
Once it was towed to Werribee, and still is the same problem.
It locks itself at any point of time and it does not even start . And it is very hard for them , as they have two kids and , once  it locked itself with the any more kids in the car and so on.
There are more problems arising out of this matter.
The registration no for Camry is KRI5NA and the vehicle is currently in hoppers crossing and just can use in local use , he can not even drive the vehicle on freeway as he is very afraid of this situation.

So could you please get this issue fixed for him.

Yes for sure something you need to take up with Toyota themselves..and as the issue is dam serious do not give in..there is always someone higher up to take it up with
