LED headlights which one to buy

While driving at nights, I just noticed that pretty much every car around me have white beam lights and I am with Aurion and beaming with yellow lights. 

Then  I did some search and found that there HID xenon lights and LED lights. LED lights seems more economical and easy to install, however there so many options to choose from.

For low and high beam, can I use the same LED bulb? And what do you put for the fog lights?
