Wiring Harness 2006 Estima Header Unit

Recently purchased an Imported 2006 Estima, and the header unit, GPS, Radio Etc, speaks to me in Japanese. While this is cute, I want to replace it with something I can actually use. Original unit is Factory install HDD unit NHCT-W54 (36045). I've bought a Pioneer AVH-Z5250BT  to replace it and have tried to find a Wiring Harness to allow me to Plug and Play, but no luck. has anyone had experience with this? I've email Aerpro, but I find they only make the harness for post 2011 models. I've contacted Toyota Australia are "unable to assist" . And I'm am about to contact Pioneer to ask..  There must be an easier way!! Someone must have managed this before, without having to solder and stitch together the wiring packs??

Anyone have some helpful advice please? Pics of old and new attached!!! (devices not me!!)

George
