Hey guys...long time no see,

Just a quick qu about the "clutch adjustment" phenomena, anyone done it through on eof the Canb dealers cause i know we've all got issues w some of them.....so who actually got it done right (and did u have to pay extra/warranty claim).......This piece of **** of a thesis on the other hand is driving me up ****s creek.....hence my need to take stress relief by hitting lift:-)

Hey Alan a few of the photos on the Nextmod site feature cars that I see at uni all the time. The maroon Prelude with the P1's is on the same level as me in the parking station, the dumped silver Integra with white wheels is always crusing around, and there's a silver EK Civic with Konig Unknowns on the level below mine in the parking station.

Glad you've been busy man. I left work and took a longer holiday. I've been going slightly insane to be honest, with nothing to do. Thanks to Micky I've been terrorising people with this intake. Had a few people that have given me the old 'OH SHI...' look when the Red Baron is opened up next to them.

Yep, it's time for me to at least clean and wax the car again and get out there.

I've been pretty busy too just leading the nerd life (unintentionally) but now I've got 2 weeks off, then 7 weeks more of uni, then like 3 months holidays, wooooo cruise time is definitely coming :D

Yeah man finally got my own place and yes double garage. You must have read my mind because a second car may be on the cards. Not right away but perhaps early next year. Two options: something sporty, or something a little more gangsta..... watch this space!

Group detailing definately sounds deluxe! i need to do the whole car, its been quite neglected lately. Interior is the main area I need to focus on!

once the nights are abit warmer I have to do a deep paint clean and follow with a polish.

Mick you don't know how happy I am that I'm gone. There's a couple of positions in the government I've gone for (on the inside, i'm a pretty good chance this time...no coming 2nd). 48K start, so I'd be stupidly happy with that. Then I can buy a house next to you and get stupidly hot females to rent it out for me :P haw haw.

Mick you 'can' do what I plan to do later on in life. I've narrowed it down to my AE86 project, or an SR20DET powered Escort project (I want a BDG Cosworth, but they're just too expensive [$50,000AU for a complete 500bhp crate motor, to be honest it would be worth every penny, but still lol]).

I'll be with you in the detailing department as well. Must get it looking shmick.

Micky my car looks like a sh!theap on the inside too cos it gets neglected and ends up looking like a uni hack :( definitely need to get in there and clean all the shiz out. Oi when you came to work that time you said something big like Statesman, and that got me thinking, what's big and Japanese??? How 'bout a mad big-***** black Lexus with massive chrome, remote airbag suspension, twin sunroofs, leather, AudioTech goodies, and that's just the start! Forget sporty, let's go mafia! :clap:

LOL MT I don't think it would be very fun to be a spectator (I won't be pulling off anything worth watching), though there will be some pretty rad cars in the higher classes I guess. Next hillclimb we'll let you dudes know in advance so you can all get a CAMS licence organised and we can go in a mad pack :D haha

Well your right about the second car. I did say Statesman. The gangsta look is commonly represented these days by the Chrysler 300C, but being an American car, they're finished off quite poorly.

So I thought to myself, what else would achieve a similar image. Looked around for quite a while and come to the conclusion that a WK Satesman would fit the bill nicely.

Anything built from Jan-Sep 06 with the V8 box ticked has a 6.0L GenIV instead of the Rev happy GenIII.

So the plan may be to grab one of those, and make most of the mod's Jimmy has listed. Would look pimpin'

Alternatively, I've got my eye on something Jap that is to be released shortly. Smaller, quicker and very unique looking. Watch this space.
