Hi folks,

I am looking to install a manual diesel fuel cut-off valve (petcock) on the fuel lines of my 1997 LN106 Hilux 3L Diesel.

I am considering this as as added anti theft feature.

I could reach under the tub & turn off the fuel supply when out hiking and the like.

My question is:

If I were to forget to turn fuel supply on and started the engine, could it possibly damage the injector pump ?
