Hello Parth, just for clarity sake, when you say "passenger" door, this usually refers to the left side of the vehicle. Other side is "driver's" side.

So in this case, you have an issue with the "driver's" side rear door not locking or unlocking when you insert the key into the drivers front door mechanism, but all the others do.

Do you hear any clicking sound from the rear door mech when you use the Key fob to remotely activate or are you only using the mechanical key ??

If there is no audible clicking of the rear door actuator, then it's possible that door lock is either faulty or has an electrical issue. It's hard to say until an inspection is carried out. Perhaps there was a repair carried out at some point and the plug wasn't secured correctly and over time the connect has come loose, corroded or broken. This needs to be checked.

If it's a mechanical issue, the same applies, as above, but this time you need to check the linkages which operate the latching. Sometimes the plastic clip which hold the linkage arm breaks or perhaps some kind of human intervention has also had its way there during the course of a repair.

Are you able to remove the door card and do an inspection ? It's not a difficult job.
