Echo 2zz conversion

Boy wot a dodgy conversion..... waste of money

When I had the echo, I did all the research all the conversion, the Red Activa Yaris conversion requires the firewall the be cut (which makes the car unregisterable) and the weight distributions would be thrown out of the window.... but since i was going to built an improved production race car..... any car engine from toyota can be mounted

As stated before, such conversion is prob best suited to drag instead for pure enjoyment of corners..... since its noise heavy it would probably benifits of such weigh balance difference.

There are other opinions for the echo...... 3sgte, 4age and the starlet gt engine (forgot the engine code)

Since the cramp engine bay its likely the firewall will be cut

Though there was talks of a 2jz mid mount conversion done in the states

There is a french guy with a echo (yaris) with a gen4 3sgte with 500hp and 4wd.....

If i had to do a such 2zz conversion again, it will be on the MR2-Spyder with the 6spd, though it comes standard on JDM model lol..... its a waste of an engine on a front wheel drive

BTW TTE is rumour to bring out a 1.8L version of the current model yaris
