2003 2.7 hilux 3rzfe

driving along and engine died, doesn’t seem to have any spark. Scan tool is not picking up any codes. Thinking a CAS but not 100% sure.

Checked everything with conflicting results. Turns out it was my rhino immobiliser having a holiday. Most likely a dry solder joint as I ran my butane torch over the circuit board and it runs again lol

Haha, that'll do it. Good job with the reflow. It usually helps cure those cold joints. The manufacturer probably used unleaded solder, which is prone to cracking over time.
