Fun night !!!

Recommended Posts

For the Sydney ppl, tonite suddenly my friend called me to goto mooney mooney.

Its my first time there, and the road there are curvey and quite flat. We had 5 cars, a auto R34 skyline GTS-Twith exhaust, 206 Gti with exhaust and lowered, a stock Mini Cooper S, an auto echo 1.3 and ME.

thru the curves/hill, i was the slowest, cos i like being on the safe side and it was my first time there. But after this trip, i really do feel that I need to lower it.

The skyline guy said that once on those hills, a sportivo overtook him (dont know whether or not it is modded tho..), so i have potential :D

At the end we went to this really dark highway, and I dragged the cooper S and 206 Gti and I beat both. The guy with the cooper was newbie with manual, so he didnt launch anywhere near good. The guy with the Gti was better, we both had some wheel spin and we were stuck to each other until i hit lift and then i gain on him, then 1->2 (**** shift) stop gaining then when i hit lift, i gained on him again.

just want to share my experience with ya guys... B)

no...i didnt drag the skyline, i asked but he didnt want to drag.

and no..i didnt drag the echo either. :)

2nd or 3rd ??

3rd mostly

punch it to redline in 3rd outa some corners... then mayb go 4th to give engine lil rest then heeltoe back to 3rd for next corner...

u dont really need 2nd until u go to the last section of mooney...

we brake it up into 3 sections... first goes until the bridge at mooney... and i love that section... full downhill and the double apex is the corner u have to be careful of... 2nd is really long but pretty nice...

3rd is really tight and has hairpins and bumpier roads... quite challenging...

we usually stop off at end of 3rd to check out some stars since the sky is full of stars at that time... then we head back thru all the sections again...
