good a everyone. i am plan to get a suspension to fit my 03 rolla sedan. i had a set of H-R spring (30mm lower). which shock would be match that spring? i have fitted lovell spring now cos it is more comfort than H-R spring(H-R is too hard compare lovell) but my man from workshop told me that use back H-R spring cos lovell spring is too soft and it damage my suspension. i don't know know which suspension would be good. i am looking for height adjustable and comfort. please help

by the way, has anyone here got nengun performance contact number?

Height adjustability isn't available with shocks only (Only the dampening rate/stiffness can be adjusted on some)

If you want height adjustability you need to look into coilovers.

I heard the Koni's are good shocks, though not adjustable the way you want it.. Invest in some coilovers for maximum adjustment.
