and the fact she can't drive for a LONG time means what in regards to having a car?

Like that's stopped anyone

Lisa: Dad you can't drive without a license!

(Homer starting the car): I'm going to try it anyway ... it worked! It's a miracle!

dont get me started on P plate laws...

basically:

P1 = red Ps... currently this means you can't go above 90km/h, and you can't drive any turbo or supercharged cars, nor can you drive performance 6s, and no V8s...

P2 = green Ps... same deal, but you can go 100km/h, and you can tow up to a certain amount of weight.

on both the alcohol tolerance is 0%...

now the government is trying to bring in new rules which basically say "red P platers can't drive their car until they become full license holders"

i dont see a problem with any of those rules, what they need to do now is make people prove that they can control a car in challenging situations

1zz corolla will hit 185ish (maybe more, also depends on mod's etc)

2zz corolla will hit 210ish (maybe more, also depends on mod's etc)

that’s from personal experience :) but only in a legal setting such as track etc:)

someone i know not mentioning names hit 200 in a 1zz!

But changing the age at which people can drive cars will only serve to raise the age at which 7 or 8 clowns kill themselves each year.

btw, i'm on my golds now but I feel it's unfair how all P plate drivers are being treated because a select few decide that they will remove themselve from the gene pool.

P.S. to all clowns and potential clowns...STOP KILLING YOURSELVES! you're ruining it for the rest of us!
