my clutch is on the way out so i wanna install a lightweight flywheel and hd clutch together to save cash in the longrun instead of installing them seperately but i'm still tossing up the flywheel option.

i've been told you lose torque with a lighter flywheel. and i can see how that would be true because of the lesser momentum, but acceleration would still be better, right?

i dropped a couple of sets today in the wet and my clutch is just about nuked, but i was wondering if the clutch would cop more abuse when dumped if the flywheel was lightweight because of the acceleration of the flywheel itself?

incidentally, for anyone who has a light flywheel, how do you find racing and doing burnouts in comparison with the stock setup...
