-> Coil Spring Faulty ?

Good day :D

I noticed the other day that my suspension on the right hand side of my new Corolla was +- 20mm lower than that of the left hand side.

I took it to Toyota and they feel that it is a faulty coil spring on the front right side, yet it is the back right side that has dropped the most. They have ordered a new coil spring and they have said that that should fix the problem.

Has anyone experienced this or anything similar on their new Toyotas of late ?

Thanks :)

Oh yes, I also asked them about my alarm problem and they found nothing wrong. They reset my system and cleared all error codes. It seems fine thus far.

Thanks

No one large drives the car :lol:

It is a Corolla 160i GLE, and though it is not available in Aus, it should have the same components as they are all assembled in the same place.

I would have thought that Toyota would have inspcted all the other components - what other components could it be?
