  1. Well, I usually fend of Tailgaters, just by ****** them off, the more they tail gate the more i drive lesser than the Speed Limit, then when they go to over take, I try and match their speed... (Obviously, they will rage) which is why I have a audio system, so when they come by, all they hear is THUMP THUMP THUMP :) Yeah, I know I'm a guy with lots of stupid idea's, but I swear at the time, it is always the best thinking. Also, since my mates also have family silver car's, we usually, just take on the first person to cut one of us off, like this one time, a Taxi was meant to go straight, because he was on the right lane, instead he turned left, in front of me, at the traffic lights, so me and the other two silver cars, just boxed this taxi, and brought him down to 40K/M on a 80K/M road :) it was funny, and Yes I was in the front, but luckily, before we boxed him in, I had my plate number covered :) (It was covered because we did some stupid **** before I got cut off)
  2. Yeah, 450 AUD if bought includes shipping... edit: I think she said she can remove like 20 USD for me... so I think that means 320 USD, so 420 AUD... there is also this option http://www.ryda.com.au/JVC-KW-XG506-Car-CD...r-p/kwxg506.htm Damn, I really want one with USB or DVD, so I don't have to keep burning MORE CD's, just to have more music :( Thanks SO MUCH for helping me though. Please help find one with USB?

  4. Well, I ain't really doing anymore to my audio, I'm keeping my stock speakers & if there is any other extra speakers, I'm just gonna chuck them in the boot. I'm replacing my headunit because the other one died on me... And well, I don't really want a SINGLE DIN as I have to add a Din Pocket Filler Thingy... which I do not want... I know I'm greedy for something, but I REALLY REALLY want a Double Din Headunit, that will be REALLY easy to install & I just contacted Eonon, and they said that the 1055, was SPECIALLY made for MY COROLLA, so no need for harness, or anything. Just take old plate out, then all good.
  5. Thanks, I guess they are a Hit or Miss type of product :( Dammit, I really want one though, but don't want to go through the hassle of getting owned if it's f***ed up...
  6. So I was surfing the web for a AWESOME headunit & stumbled upon this. Eonon E1055 & was wondering if this is GOOD, or BAD. Please gimme your opinions as I'm wanting to buy one, since I'm cheap. I don't really need the Video Output for anything, just really wanting to get it, to fit my Double Din Deck & to be able to play music.
  7. They weren't, our mates were ready to go.
  8. Thansk Matt, I never thought of that.
  9. We did have friends, but they were all West side, not Outta West regions, so we had a while to travel to get help.
  10. Yes, I really did learn my lesson.
  11. Just put down any tools and pay somebody to do it if you're not willing to have a go. I am willing to have a go, just which & where about is THIS fuse box?
  12. I checked the fuses under the hood, but was scared to pull any out as I might cause more problem that when I started... I also, did not really see the markings of "Audio, Radio, Dom & ACC" (This was in that box in the right corner of the bonnet) I do not know where my interior fuse box is & honestly would like to know where, but is to scared to attempt to even look for it himself.

  14. Yeah I guess I did F$%^ everything up... :( I still have no idea where I went wrong, I wired everything correctly, I just trimmed abit of wire cover & placed the Converter Wire, into the small trimmings...
  15. I forgot to add, that even if I remove the power cable from the AMP, the headunit still won't turn on. Do you own a test light? If not, buy one - it will come in handy. Also buy a little kit of different automotive 'blade' fuses, from 5A to 30A. You need to check the fuses in your fusebox, then on the headunit itself (while it's powered, test there's power on both the exposed metal tabs on the fuse body). I'd say you've blown the protector fuse on the back of the headunit if you still have interior lights. By interior lights do you mean the vanity mirrior with the lights? or the Lights from the headunit? Because my headunit, has NO lights, even when the headlights are on, the headunit stays black, can't turn it on... Is there a way that Toyota can check this for me? Because I'm scared I'll blow something again :(

  17. How do I know if it's something that has died in the fuse box? Also, where is it located?
  18. Hey All, Today was driving down a 80Km road, and well was listening to a song with lots of Bass, and when it was about to go THUMP, the headunit basically turn it's self off, non of the lights or anything turn on. What could be wrong? I'm using a AMP, via a Live Level Converter & The AMP light doesn't turn on, symbolizing that maybe the Accessory wire got pulled out maybe? Anyone with idea's? Did I blow something up? Did it short circuit? Did it... (what) I have no idea...
  19. okay, okay peace everyone, I learnt my lesson we didn't do it again.
  20. Yeah alright, how do I close it?
  21. I guess so, but my mates said don't carry anything that can be used as a weapon as if cops pull you over, you could get in trouble, for having a weapon ready to use. And yeah, petrol is kinda pricey, but IMO, it was actually fun, had the adrenaline pumping and all :) Gonna do it again, next Saturday, but this time come with lots of people. you are an idiot... i thought you would have learnt by now that you could have been in deep**** I did, but this time we going back to look for those two cars, and well, pay back, I think...
