  1. Hi, Anyone have any experience with the Toyo transpath tyres? I know a few members are using the Nexen N3000. Any comments ? Thanks, Gazoom
  2. Sorry to hear about that mate. Same thing happened to me at Noble Toyota Chullora. And they did not fix it. Basically said they take no responsibilty for my car when parked in there car park. They say they cannot determine if the scratches were done during he service or after in the car park. Good luck mate hope you do get them to do the right thing.
  3. Welcome I like it!!!!! Need some 19" wheels should be sweet as
  4. Well done mate very nice ride. Keep up the good work 225 on 17" you must be getting a bit of scrubing on the guards
  5. Id be keen for a run next time a WSID A little off the topic but on the Ozmazda forum one bloke in a SP20 is claiming consistent runs of high 15's. He didn't post his actual slips but I have read in this forum that 1zz's give the sp23 a run for their money so how can a sp20 do these times. http://www.ozmazdaclub.com/forums/3-discus...ighlight=intake What you guys reccon a bit of BS on the Mazda forum?
  6. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Bomz-02-03-...sspagenameZWDVW Just throw a K&N or Apexi filter on the end and it would be just as good as my AEM SRI. Should be able to get the part for under $100 AUD landed.
  7. have an idea what your guna get? In shadow crome or black
  8. The black looks nice with the polished lip. The look is very common in the US. Below is a car from the 9th Gen forum they have the best sedans. I went silver in silver for my car but looking to change that. Cheers, Gazoom
  9. Nice!!!!! So you ended up going with the 17" Once you lower it, it will looks sweat as. Good choice
  10. Black facelift sportivo St George Leagues car park. 18 or 19 inc cromies.
  11. I didn't want to start a new thread but I have my eye on a new set of 18" wheels but they only come in 18 X 8 My previous understanding was that you are allowed 1.5" wider than your stock wheels legally. Anyway I came across this table on Jax Quick fix So I then quickly did a search on the weight of the corolla from the Toyota website Gross Vehicle Mass (kg) 1630 So does this mean I can legally fit 18 X 8 on a rolla? I read in a previous post that Sunny fit 19 X 8 on a rolla one time just for kicks. What are other members understanding of wheel sizes? Any comments welcome on the pros and cons of going this wide. Cheers, Gazoom
  12. The rear sway is a 5 minute job you could do it yourself if you want to save some money. The front is a real pain in the butt. There is virtually no room to get the original sway bar out and the new one in. Took at least 45-60 minutes to change. But if your installer is charging by the time then you midas well let him install the rear anyway. Whats an extra 5 minutes.
  13. This is why the equivalent to a silver membership on the nissan forum is worth so much more to a member. I guess the catch is: 1.We want more sponsors hence discounts 2.Sponsors want more audience( members ) 3.In order for us to attract more members the discounts from sponsors would play a big part. Bit of a vicous circle Anyway just curious to why nissan has so many sponsors and I think you guys have covered the main reasons. Thanks Gazoom
  14. then that is to expensive. Its cheaper from whiteline direct
  15. Azza and Silva I take your point but surely it's not just that reason alone we have 1 sponsor and nissan has a million of them. What I'm trying to say is - Yes some members are anti C#S but there posts can't be the only reason why there is only 1 sponsor for this forum. I guess what are these nissan blokes doing to get all these sponsors??? That we are not.
  16. I was searching for some new rims and somehow ended up on the nissan forum and notice they have heaps of sponsors. Just wondering why they have so many and how we can get the same support? http://www.nissansilvia.com/forums/index.p...r=all&st=45 Cheers, Gazoom
  17. I'd stick with the brand names. TRD AEM INJEN. Out of curiosity did you pick up the Sportivo brand new? How much did you pay? Just wondering what a new sportivo is worth these days there wouldn't be many left brand new.
  18. Spotted white facelift sportivo P plater parramatta rd homebush. Spotted black facelift sportivo P plater straitfield
  19. Is the CAT on the 1zz exactly the same on a 2ZZ?
  20. NICE!!!!!! These rims are getting pretty popular on rollas
  21. 1 week posting ban. Thats a bit unfair mate. I tend to agree with IZZ-FE. What you do on the road is your decision but endangering others unnecessarily is not on. For those that disgree with IZZ-FE and myself please feel free to give this guy as much advise as possible to make his car as fast as possible but the blood will be on your hands too.
