  6. LMAO! what is it? I can't tell what make or model it is, looks kinda like an RX7 from the rear, but looking at the front I think its an MX6? I know one quote the owner wouldn't here from his mates though, 'I saw a car just like yours the other day' hahaha! Looks like theres a yellow piece of paper in his window though, I never knew the handed out canaries in posters now It's from the future...

  10. Hey everyone, I couldn't find a thread to start of a sale of another car other than a toyota so I thought I'd post it up here, Ozhonda is full of w#nkers that won't let you post a sales thread without PQ points, bunch of hobos if you'd ask me. Anyways, I'll be wrecking my prelude now, engine has been fully refurbished so its just as brand new, Car can't be registered so I'm selling it for parts, please PM me if you know anyone that might need something off it, and I could possibly cut them a deal, also I won't be removing parts as I don't have the time, if you need something of it my brother will be home to take care of the sale and to help remove any parts if needed. its a 4th gen lude, with a H23A engine. Thanks all

  14. I just failed at this, i tried a similar thing on one of the headlights on my prelude and shattered the glass =[ luckily, the cars up for wrecking and I was only trying to get some practice in before I try it on the rolla..... I don't think I should be trying it now LOL!
  15. As soon as I hear the words "Body Kits" or anything to do with this, one and only one word comes into my head "No!" Their pretty useless if you're only going to be driving your car around the streets, I constantly see bad Rice (Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements) ruin perfectly good cars, and it annoys me soooo much If your going to do it, please keep it tasteful. Body kits to me, mean massive spoilers, weak and brittle bumpers, and useless weight your car can do without. But with that said, please keep in mind that most kits are made from fibre glass which breaks quite easily, you'll have trouble getting into driveways only because you front is too low, and everytime you hear your car scrape the gutter you'll be out checking for damage, and yes, it does break It'll look good at first, but you keep scraping them gutters and you'll wish you never got it installed. But at the end of the day, its your car and its your choice to make, I'm only speaking from a past experience
  16. When i was running a workshop our head mechanic was taking home around $1200 + a company ute & fuel for about 50 hours work and the other two mechs were on about $900-$1000 take home. mate skies the limits if your any good, our head mech was worth every cent as he was the one that pumped the work out with minimal comebacks or complaints, wish i could have said the same about the other two guys. and then theres the backyarders to help make extra cash,so if your any good you should be able to pull a decent wage. :D Very true, generally you won't make that much money unless your working off the books at home as well. Sad thing about it though is, your generally fixing a mates or family members car, so you'd probably have to charge mates rates as well, it happens a lot, speaking out of experiences with family Nevertheless though, its good money if your dodgie that way
