Like others have said, its good to get a few quotes from a number of Mechanics. I payed $450, for a 90,000 km Service at a Toyota Service Centre. If you know a good trusted mechanic, by all means take it to them :) -

The 3 year extended mechanical repair Warranty i got had a fix Service cost of $195. You can get the Dealer to post it out to you.
