man ive never parked anywhere unsafe... this time i had a 21st party to attend so i parked like 30 seconds away from bar cleveland.. off a main rd etc.. brightly lit area... come back to my car and its screwed... police didnt say anything... cant do anything about it... basically its just to report it for statistics about crime in the area. cant believe ill be getting a 3rd door

already made a police report... police did nothing last time... they cannot do anything this time either... last time i had evidence of who did it too...

got quotes today... looks like its the same amount of damage... about $1200... i cant afford this and my insurance company excess is tough as well... i think i have to leave it how it is... im thinking of getting rid of this car now... all ive had is badluck with it :(

I don't believe this... it was only just about 1 month ago when my car was reversed into... and last night after going to my mate's 21st party and returning to my car i found my door had been smashed in again. At first i thought it was from someone reversing into it but then there were no driveways... then me and my mates noticed that there was spit on my car as well as a footprint where the door was pushed in... parked in surry hills corner of cleveland st and bourke... i feel as if im just getting bad luck with this car... :( My car was only just fixed less than a month ago from the first incident where my door was smashed in... and now again... my insurance company will never want to insure me again... wait till they hear that the same thing happened again.... :(

how much did the rims set u back? is it cheaper for the silver ones?

i wouldnt mind a bucket seat... need to get the rails too right?

i had to pay the excess man... :(

mmm boys... just got back from the snow friday night... come home saturday night after a days work and yay car is all fixed and parked in the garage... :D

yeh thanks guys for the input... got quotes today for car... friggin $1500-2000!! looks like ill have to claim under insurance... how gay is that... our doors cost $800 from SA... then gotta strip back door and side panel to match the paint of the drivers door when its fixed... sigh..... <_<

yeh man all points to them and they are such liars... i dunno what i should do... i think ill have to talk to aamii again... they should really sort things out... cos yeh thats right.. thats what we friggin pay for... thing is they dont look like normal decent ppl... they seem more like shifty and to tell u the truth i dont really want anything to do with them since i dont want any more trouble for anyone else... this sorta thing shouldnt happen... u shouldnt do to others what u dont want done to yourself

thanks for the input guys... i dunno about making up a witness since ive already got this police report number cos i have already reported the incident... they dont feel guilty at all.. my friends mum's car was damaged as well from a similar incident by them and they still havent paid for all the damage. she doesnt want anything to do with them since they seem to be "dangerous" i hope karma gets them

thing is... my friend lives across the road... if anything is done they will probably be suspicious and i dont want to cause my friend any troubles

Got my car serviced the other day for 10 000kms. Unfortunately the same day i parked on the street at a friends place to get a haircut. Came back out and realised when i walked to my door some $%^@ had reversed into my drivers door and ran away without leaving a note. figured out it must of been the driveway of the house opposite to my friends so decided to knock on their door to see if they knew anything. they claimed they did not know anything but something was suspicious so i asked what kind of car they drive (if they had a white car since there was white paint all over my door) they had a white camry which was parked on the driveway not long ago when i arrived at my friends place so i was sketchy and had a feeling it was them. i nicely asked if i could look at their car and sure enough there was damage on the right bumper corner and paint was stripped off it... the car was white... there was a blue mark on the top corner and sure enough on the top part of my huge dent there was blue. after taking photos etc and them constantly denying it.. i decided to call the police.. they came over and couldnt do anything since no one actually saw the incident. but gave me an event number to tell my insurance company... i called the insurance company and if i want to claim its gonna cost me the excess and i also lose no claim bonus etc... im still thinking what i should do.. i might check out some quotes to get it done... if not ill have to claim... this has come at a really bad time too when im really strapped for cash... worse thing is i know who #$%@ing did it but police cant do jack any suggestions guys...

3rd mostly punch it to redline in 3rd outa some corners... then mayb go 4th to give engine lil rest then heeltoe back to 3rd for next corner... u dont really need 2nd until u go to the last section of mooney... we brake it up into 3 sections... first goes until the bridge at mooney... and i love that section... full downhill and the double apex is the corner u have to be careful of... 2nd is really long but pretty nice... 3rd is really tight and has hairpins and bumpier roads... quite challenging... we usually stop off at end of 3rd to check out some stars since the sky is full of stars at that time... then we head back thru all the sections again...

hahaha that sportivo was probably me... im up there alot with my mates... every tuesday nite usually meet at thornleigh macca's 9:30pm hehe

hey guys... can anyone recommend engine oil for our sportivo's? since its a high revving engine shouldn't fully synthetic be the optimum? ;) and the thinner the better? suggestions appreciated :P
