Yeah that sale has been on e-bay for ages...i msg'd them asking bout a sedan rear lip and they didnt do one. I like to think im more sus than most about e-bay parts but this looks legit BBBUUUTTT!!!! beware of fibreglass ive worked with it and it is VERY brittle, if you want a quick bang-up job and have 1-2cm gaps in ur body kit go 4 it, but quality is always with ABS....i mean it...

Dude i just put ABS in my 03 corolla, the ABS pump applies pressure through the break lines, the dreaks are ment to actuate on and off to stop the locking up...have it checked out by a pro, there would have to be something wrong with the system...

The speakers in the doors are the same size front and back, 6.5 is the biggest i think can fit in. Best thing to do about a TRD intake would be to canvass the members here and keep an eye on ebay....TRD stopped production/imports into aus or something like that a while ago, have you thought about ingen? look at the CAI buyers guide in the topics here, is very helpful. As to the door trim its just a few clip-thingys they just pop out given a bit of muscle, start down in he bottom corner opposite the speakers, then lift vertically to clear the window frame, its pretty straight forward. The centre facia, i start with the gear shifter cover where the cigarette lighter is, just pop that out (clip-thingys again) take the wires out of the back, and just work upwards, pop out the A/C controls and take the wires out of the back as well, then the top A/C vents pop out too then just a 10mm socket screwdriver and a phillips-head screwdriver and its easy, u'll probly want to go to Autobarns or supersh!t to get adaptor plugs...just ask you friendly neighbourhood shop assistant and he should be able to help.

ZAINY: yeah dude i still have them, u want? MEGA STOKED THAT ITS LOWERED BUT I GOT A STEAP DRIVEWAY SO ITS PAINFULLY SLOW GETTING UP SO I DONT BOTTOM OUT... Yeah the mags that came with the car didnt clear the calipers so i need spacers till i can get a better pair of mags.... Working out how to get the pannels lined up and resprayed....so excited!!!!!

GOOD NEWS EVRYONE!!!! I NOW HAVE A WORKING SPEEDO!!! WE DID AN ALLNIGHTER AND GOT THE SUSPENSION, BREAKS AND WHOLE ABS SYSTEM IN....NOW MY BABY HAS ABS AND LOWERED! IT WASNT AS HARD AS I WOULD HAVE THOUGHT, JUST HAD TO DRILL SOME HOLES FOR THE REAR ABS SENSORS AND ALSO NO MRE ENGINE LIGHT!!!! IM SO FRIGGIN EXCITED, JUST NEED SOME SPACERS FOR THE FRONT TYRES AND A REAR SKIRT!

REALLY!!!??? Cr@p!!! i was thinking that it was the ABS that sent the speed signal from the sensors in the rear wheel arches...there is a randome sensor that i cant find a place for, its just chillin in the engine bay, under the battery...

you could go to carmate.com - Woodville road Granville. Got my kit from them some years ago BUT i dont recommend them .. Only suggested it as you are tired of searching... Yeah thanks man i have had a look, but im after ABS plastic, something a bit stronger than fibreglass...whats so bad about them?

US body parts will not fit. Different body shape. I know you can get a sportivo rear lip for the sedan but I don't know if you can get them from Toyota. Spwein...stinky yanks told me that they will fit...stinky yanks...:( well ill have to keep looking...cheers you just saved me over a grand!

DONE!!! My sportivo ascent looks AWESOME!!! the JDM mod rocks!!! will post some photos when i have access to a camera! CHEERS GUYS LOVE THE GUIDE!!!

With that is there any other issues? Ive got so many little things to iron out its rediculous! but did just do the DIY tail light mod (jdm?) IT LOOKS SWEET!!! i should have some photos up soon, when my missus gets back with the camera!!!

hahah yeah you just need to do a few extra things...makes it a lot easier if you have a sportivo to use as parts!

Hey man, i got my sportivo from Manhein Fowles auctions, i think they do some auctions around melbourne it would be worth while to check them out, i converted mine to 6 speed manual too so it was well worth while for it, youd pay nearly the same for a new engine as a whole car from the auctions so check them out...oh and have a look at the thread link above... I need a rear aftermarket bumper for my SPORTIVO SEDAN that will go with the sportivo bodykit...tempted to order one from the states but if can get one locally, syd or aust, that would be AWESOME! Any ideas??? Photos of my baby are in the 'ascent to sportivo conversion' thread and my gallery...(for some reason i cant attatch one?) Cheers guys.
