  1. Are your RCA and Power cable running side by side? If so, seperate them as the Current from the power wire can interfere with the RCA signal giving that whine. The shielding on the RCA's can also help reduce it, but that depends on the quality of the RCA's you have. Same happened to me in my Verada, seperated them and all is good. If all fails, may be a faulty RCA lead, replace and try again, it's all, unfortunately, trial and error.
  2. Put in a reversing camera and a Navman GPS, routed the power cord through the dash for less cluttered and smoother look. To the post above, check your ground and also I assume you have an Amp, if so make sure you have run the power and RCA cables seperate from each other, together they can cause the whine your hearing.
  3. I work for DoD (Army) I was a Grunt (Infantry) and traveled the world. Now, transfered to Aviation and work with Blackhawk and Chinook Helicopters. Still travel. I deal with and ensure all there radios work and all freqs and cypher are loaded. Radios won't work without it. Mid/late next year I'll be training to become a Blackhawk backseater(Loadmaster) Also like to make things from wood, Audio installs, Amatuer mechanic And I'll give anything a go.
