But that would provide a much better path, low resistance and all. I was thinking of going 0ag from the battery to a Distribution block and then ground it around the engine bay at a few points with 4ag wire. I've seen those so called grounding kits that the people over at 9th gen use....its ugly.
Anyone have experience with those grounding or voltage stabilizer kits?? Do they actually work??
Would just changing all the current grounding wires into something more bigger be sufficient? Ensuring of course that the contact points are sanded back
cheers

Came home from work, hit lift going into second gear...but my headlights have dimmed when engaging second.
Anyone experience this in their sportivo??
I think its time to change to 0 gauge ground cable from the battery!!
Is 0 gauge overkill though

Go Voy!!!
16's will be too easy for him...16.9....
now 15's is something different altogether...

Newspaper.......hahaha
I have the taped up newspaper there for about three years already!!
Its going damn strong. Also don't use Daily Telegraph, its expensive at one dollar. Just use your local paper.

Flat 16s with supercharger only right?? Add an exhaust, CAI and some fuel management and an auto should be able to get close to mid fifteens

This is interesting, Never happened to me once while removing it countless times. Maybe your tabs are not clipping in properly, may have to bend them a bit back into position.
Cheers

The gear ratios are too long, but then again it is a 4 speed auto. I would say a good second slower.

Three way component splits are damn exy if you ask me...for the masses splits will be fine.
I believe Splits, Sound deadening and aftermarket HU are the way to go. I didn't add a sub until three years later, It made the system more complete but any one that has been in my car without the sub said it was damn nice.
Installation is equally if not more important then the hardware itself. Properly installed $300 splits will outperform $1000 splits that you just whack into the stock locations.

I personally think every girl likes bad guys in general..........good guys seem boring.....until you want a frickin husband or partner for life.........it f*c*k*n* stupid.........I still have not gotten over it.....
I'm a good guy, but when provoked I can kill someone......Not kidding.
Been provoked on a few ocassions...and if it wasn't for my friends holding me back and letting me cool down......could of really landed in some deep waters....but I'm married now lol

Well it all up to you, if you like it no one can change that fact.
Go three way active splits...now that would be expensive!!
-
Good price no matter how you look at it...but just to drop you a hint...three or four ways are a marketing gimmick. But if you ask me it looks pretty nice. Two ways perform just as good, your paying for looks only for anything higher.

Hello,
Basically I'm looking for wreckers around sydney, I live near Liverpool. But willing to travel. Does anyone know any wreckers around sydney, wrecking the current model corolla. Last time I rang around and couldn't find anyone so went to the dealer and they took around $60 for some plastic covers...
HELP!!
Cheers

So any news of when these will be getting done??
-
Man if you didn't have much to spend go to Strathfield car radios and get a pioneer I think its 306C, 12" for around $130 I think. For that price its quite hard to beat.
When I went sub hunting I narrowed down to JL, Boston and ID (Image Dynamics??). But Boston was the go as I have Boston Front splits, and of course the subs themselves are outstanding.
Go to Car Audio Australia if you want to know more about car systems. There is heaps of info on that forum and Shiny knows heaps!!

I would say at best up to 10hp on rolla

If after going through all what the people here recommended and it still rattles. Could meet up and I'll show you one last thing that you could do to stop it rattling. I've taken my door trim off so many times I've lost count just to bloody get rid of the rattles. But now the door prolly weighs about 10kgs more....lol

Sound deadening might not completly fix the problem though, a bit of trial and elimination here. But it would no doubt help. Any chance that your window itself is loose from the power window mechanism? Might need some tightening as they do get a bit loose after sometime.

12" Boston Acoustics G2!!
Its on special at FHRX at the moment, get them while their cheap. Running off Jaycar amp brigded to 520wrms...although in reality you never use that much lol.

If I'm not wrong the only internals that are interchangeble is the crank from the 1zzfe into the 2zzge...and thats where it ends. Even then it requires minor work to fit...Stroke it out to 2L!!

I thought a proper CF piece cost somewhere in the mid 1000's. Wow a bonnet for $200...I thought it would of cost more. Also isn't the cost of getting a scoop put onto the bonnet quite pricey??

Can anyone demonstrate where most of the restriction is happening in the intake? i.e. snorkel, airbox, filter, MAF sensor, MAF to TB??
Just did some further reading and find out that the filter is usually the first thing that comes to mind when eliminating restriction when the truth is that its not the main culprit....

Just saw Jeff's car this afternoon...and it looks damn nice. Go for the black bonnet would suit your wheels perfectly. Oh its Silver BTW

Yeah I've heard about them...but no one has really any solid proof that it would stuff your engine. But then again, if it does then you would have to rebuild your engine. More research into it...I'm waiting for some positive answers first.

For the gains involved, which in such a modern day car is very close to zero, its really not worth it. Also what engine is this?? 1zzfe or 2zzge?
